Hello Park Folks-
We have our regular Sunday volunteer Work Party tomorrow, October 30th from 11-1. Regular maintenance such as edging, weeding, putting garden beds to rest, and torching the event areas will all be tackled. Big thanks to the hard workers who tackled cleaning our biggest tents last Sunday! We got them clean and inside to dry. Tomorrow we will be also working on cleaning our smaller tents and getting a few more inside to dry. Help us protect this park asset which brings WCP much needed income during the spring and summer months.
In other Park news, there will be a natural beekeeping workshop next Saturday from 12-2. This workshop is entitled ‘Sun Hive Weaving Circle and Tea Party/Honey Tasting!’ Join Heather Wood for another excellent free course in how to keep bees in natural ways. This workshop will be all about weaving sun hives and tasting pure and delicious local honey. Don’t miss out!
